Text message reminders
When you book an appointment with Masgutova Method — Lake Nona, we can send you text messages about that appointment — a confirmation when you book, and a reminder before your visit. That is all we use texts for: appointment confirmations and reminders. We never send marketing messages.
How you opt in (optional)
Text messages are optional. You can book and receive care without agreeing to SMS. On the booking form, an unchecked checkbox asks whether you want appointment texts at the mobile number you provide. Only if you check that box do we send confirmations or reminders. If you book by phone, a team member will ask whether you want a text confirmation — a yes is required before we text you.
How often
Message frequency depends on your appointments — typically one confirmation and one or two reminders per visit, and only if you opted in.

Your privacy
We never sell or share your mobile number. Texts are used only to help you keep your appointments — this is a scheduling tool, not a medical record.
